I can't help thinking copper toxicity could be my problem
I have a constant racing mind, edgy, anxiety most of the time.

So is a hair analysis the best way to diagnose copper problems?

Is it better than a blood test?

I cant afford to get both done.

Is it reliable for checking electrolyte levels as well?
