Can you tell me what you're doing in the following ways please?
- High zinc (how much are you supplementing)?
- Low copper (are you avoiding copper foods or just antagonising them)?
- Speeding metabolism (what are you taking, and what are you doing to help speed your metabolism)?
Some people mentioned more grey hairs, even though they are dumping copper...Do you notice any worsening of copper deficiency signs like new grey hairs?
I'm trying to do the copper dumping protocol, but I'm not sure if it's making my collagen loss faster etc.?
Do you notice anything about your collagen loss, or general strength?
When did you notice more pronounced copper dumps?
What are you taking to speed up your metabolism and facilitate copper dumps?
I have very low hair copper and I'm just waiting for my next test. I also have low blood copper and low ceruloplasmin.
I'm scared that taking zinc will just antagonise bioavailable copper in my intestine too and make copper even less available.
I'm taking up to 30mg zinc per day at the moment and I notice that my skin is oily - maybe this is good because it wasn't like that for some years now.
Do you take any copper at the moment, just to keep bringing some copper into the system?
Is Anne's book better than Larry Wilson's website info?
