Did you ever get a saliva test to measure your cortisol levels. I can`t remember if you mentioned it before.

Also...did you try Earthing yet. It has been proven to reduce night time cortisol.

How about Seriphos. That has been a big help for me too. It also reduces cortisol quite effectively.
