Re: How did your AF start?

For what it is worth I think what your doing Onwards is the most effective process approach I have read of as of yet. Probably the best example too. Almost textbook for any alternative MD who studies these things.

None the less, the story also points out how much sheer will power this stuff takes. In the most blunt terms possible, it takes about 10 different angles of approach to get better. So, herbs alone are not much help. Nothing alone is much help.

Two things that stand out as extremely promising and effective: GAPS diet or Wilson protocol and exercise

At this point I am mostly retracing yours' and others' steps.

Detoxification is probably the most difficult. I tried to take detoxification herbs and got back lashed terribly. And I have spoken to several doctors that will vouch for how little a HTMA can tell you. Not because of how accurate it is, but because of the complexity involved with interpreting the results. Only the mineral imbalances point to the hidden heavy metal issues. Very challenging to diagnose.

Just have to encourage everyone to keep diligent at it. While the line between metal toxicity, lyme's, vaccine exposure, chemical sensitivity, and bacterial dysbiosis is such a phenomenally confusing issue- I think we all get that it paints a big picture that something common causes our problems even though we manifest it in different ways. So I think common treatments will heal us all, in the same regard.
