Re: How did your AF start?

My AF started two or three months after I was conceived. When my mother found out she was pregnant with me she started experiencing major concerns about being able to afford me. She experienced mild AF during her pregnancy with me, while I was being born, and the first few months of my life when she was breast-feeding me.

Starting when I was 14 some things happened which triggered my adrenal stress response ongoingly. As a result I became bipolar, and became addicted to the hypomania. I experienced an adrenaline rush during the hypomanic phases, and this occurred for me as a pleasant, familiar sensation since I experienced this in the womb. I discovered I was bipolar 18 years ago, then learned I had a very severe case of AF. It took me almost 15 years to recover from the latter, and my adrenals are fully recovered today. :-)
