Re: How did your AF start?

I came from a very disfunctional house hold as a child. Terrified by alcoholic father, last child of 6 in 7 years, so that led to a mom who had her hands full. I remember being exhausted since childhood. And what pushed me over the edge was mercury fillings and a 4 tooth metal bridge is when everything in my body went crazy. Low blood sugar, high Anxiety, irregular period, hormonal imbalance, out of control crying this last for 15 plus years...until I crahed all together. Tried to get help from conventional Drs with no luck. Put on hormones that led to more Depression and anger.
I feel so much better then I did for as long as I can remember. Still have a way to go, but I will get there!!
