intestinal obstruction during cleanse

Yes, hello, it's me again.

As indicated by the title, I've acquired an intestinal obstruction. This happens with me sometimes due to nervous system mishaps.

I'm doing a parasite cleanse, taking a tincture (cloves, Wormwood , Black-Walnut , quassia, male fern root) 2-3 times a day. I can't say whether or not the tincture contributed to the obstruction's formation, however indirectly, but I do know that while doing a cleanse one should keep the bowels moving in order to flush out the tincture itself, flush out the parasites, and flush out the toxins the parasites release when dying.

I haven't had a bowel movement for a week. Which, granted, is not unusual for me, but I have symptoms of an obstruction and it's happened before. It's a unique feeling that is pretty unmistakable. I'm in a lot of pain. Is it a bad idea to continue the tincture with the obstruction as I can't evacuate all the toxins?
