Re: intestinal obstruction during cleanse

Thanks so much for the reply. I really do think the problem began in the small intestine, for me. It's just where I began to feel the discomfort, and the immediacy of the nausea after eating or drinking seems to suggest the small intestine is in distress. Before I cleaned up my diet in accordance with an extensive allergy test (who knew one person could be allergic to so many things?), my small intestine felt like it was covered in sores and bathed in lysol. Took over half a year for the feeling to diminish.

I am certainly interested in a liver flush. Is there usually a long recovery period? Do you feel sick during or afterward?

I am interested in CoQ10, but have read differing opinions on it. I haven't read any terrible experiences, but am frightened of the side effects of such a large dose. I have a ridiculously fragile constitution. Have you had an experience with it?
