I have suffered several total obstructions due to worms, one lasted exactly a month. I have since learned to work through them. I would try castor oil first, it may be all you need to clear the blockage. Enemas are good during cleansing regardless of blockage or not. Colonics, herbal tea (smooth move brand name), fresh lemon juice in warm water all have been helpful. I do not advocate OTC products, but if really desperate some milk of magnesia, magnesium citrate, or dulcolax to get things moving initially and get out of danger.

For a long term solution during cleansing, I ordered Dr. Christopher's LBB from swanson vitamins to keep on hand. I also have ordered from ebay and it arrived within a couple of days. This has been very helpful to keep things moving for me, but I don't take regularly as to keep my body moving naturally. Later, you can order the separate herbs and make your own, but if you are in a hurry or desparate, ebay might be quicker depending on your location.

It sucks and is scary, but for me, a blockage has always indicated that I killed parasites, and almost worth it when it's cleared.
