Yes, I believe my fibro and most of what ppl label fibro and cfs are really undertreated and undiagnosed thyroid and adrenal issues, along with a body full of toxins..that is why i even started on Lugol's to begin with..my doc basically told me i needed to see a psychiatrist and was anxious and needed to relax. I told her "i relax all the time because i CANT function..so i sleep, i sit and i hate it.." then she suggested that i was depressed. I kinda fired her..without telling her yet...lol. till i wean off my pain meds (tramadol). I know I shouldn't be taking it but bein on it for 3 yrs has made it difficult to stop cold turkey. i plan on weaning slowly thus needing her to refill scripts as needed until im done.

i dont feel 100% cured but i feel alive now whereas i felt like a zombie before. i just felt very, very sick and always told my husband "i just feel poisoned." Little did i know, i was right! What a strange thing to explain what's really happening without knowing it was really happening.

i did have a week of detox that was no fun but i came out of it even better. i also keep increasing my dosage but instead of daily, i am doing it weekly now. that is helping. i also increased my magnesium, vitamin c(by quite a bit) and got some L-tyrosine. I feel unbelievably alive now. my fibro pain and tiredness is hardly a bother now..at times, i get a wave of tiredness and then i redose and all is well. i have back pain due to scoliosis and a bulging disc but the heaviness and achiness is all gone! I feel like a teenager! I want to run around and laugh and play instead of sit and watch everyone around me live. it is amazing.
