I was VERY excited to see your original post and follow-up. Various sitz baths & their proper technique & usage has always been something I've wanted to study & research further...and your posts triggered me to do some Googling and find a VERY good ebook on friction sitz baths!

Anyway, I am SURE that I am going to learn more, experiment and use the information you provided (along with all that I learn) to help many (many!) people over the upcoming years. There's a gal on my forum dealing with glaucoma now and I'm betting your information & my follow up research is going to be VERY beneficial in her overcoming her glaucoma!
