You might also be interested in Dr. Christopher's Eyewash formula, which includes cayenne (among other ingredients). If you look into cayenne, (puns abound!) you find it is a phenomenal FOOD. And, it speeds the delivery of all other foods aka herbs. We don't tend to think of cayenne that way. The formula does great things.


What is it about people, that we always imagine more is better???? You would almost say we/they must inwardly think little of our/themselves. I'm recommnding your post. Hope someone R's it. We need more *thoughtful* self-experimentation of the proven old ways, and reporting on curezone.
