...butjust like you said, it is good stuff (in fact, the vapors & heat/bite are amazingly intense). :::grin::: Let it be known (again), that we really DO source the best we can find.

Btw, horseradish is SUPER easy to grow...all anyone needs to do is get a root that's recently come out of the ground, cut it into pieces and plant the pieces in the ground. If not careful, it'll take over the yard.

We're going to start a new patch this spring (there's an old patch here that hasn't been tended for decades and the roots are so hard & gnarly that it takes a hacksaw to cut through them).
