Uny, that horseradish is expensive! But I'm sure it's good stuff. Wish I lived closer to it. Mine was seven dollars a pound and that seemed a lot. Yes, as always, it's buying in quantity that makes things affordable, but I just can't do it, would LOVE to be able to make the Tonic in 10 gallon lots. I make a gallon, and then another, a few months later, and another...:-) I'm pretty sure everyone would want some, once they try it. I already give a lot away.
