Read David Brownstein's book.

He was very careful at first and dosed small and wasn't seeing much good results.

once he got people in the 12-50mg range/day then he started seeing good results.

There is a doc who works with tons of people. And you would have to think that if he is willing to write it in a book, he feels pretty damn safe with those numbers.

Jorge Flechas told me on a phone consult that he usually gives 50mg to most people, 100mg if they have had cancer, and 200mg if the cancer is active.

These are two docs that have been working Iodine for some time now. So tons of patient experience.

And maybe you don't have the exposure we have here???

I don't know.
