Well I'm not going to tell you what to do but I have similar issues. I become very sick to almost any food...sugar, fiber, standards fats, salt and excess protein all make me very sick. I have experimented for years and this is what I eat...it is all fermented/microbe rich food. I'm healing and have results that is why I share it. Its a lot to type so I've linked it.
