Re: Fruits or anything with glucose or fructose bad for cancer?
I don't believe it helps anything, but I don't think it feeds or causes cancer. If your applying the theory that
Sugar effects insulin and feeds cancer then all diabetics with cancer would be dying from it. This is not the case at all.
I do have a sweet tooth and have had it my whole life. My mom has it, my grand father has it and I think my daughter has it even though we don't let her have any. (unless it's a special occasion)
If you look at
Sugar from the perspective of overall health, I suppose it could contribute to cancer in the same way fatty and high calorie food could.
When I try to have less than 5-10 grams of
Sugar a day, I feel much more clear minded, stronger, breath so much fuller and clearer, skin clears up, sleeping improves and mood improves. This is my own personal experience with it.
