Yes at one month she was still really stuggling with the leg/joint pain and everything else, but for the last 2 weeks she has really started to bounce back and doing so so so much better. It's unreal, I was beginning to worry the day might not ever come! She is still having headaches, fatique, blurred vision, burning in feet/legs (though not nearly as often or as severe) and hairloss. I just called her to confirm and she said she is basically still having a lot of her symptoms, but they are not as bad as they were and she is able to actually function now. She has actually been able to 'go home' and stay at her house she has improved so much in the last two weeks, she has been staying at my house the last 6 months she has been so ill from Mirena. We had a little setback today with her immune/allergy issues and she broke out in hives and had trouble breathing/itching everywhere. While she had the mirena though these episodes were happening almost daily, but this is the first one she has had since having the Mirena taken out. She also has a cold so I think her already fragile/damaged immune system is in overdrive right now. She has had one period since having it taken out. I am hopeful she continues to improve as do all of you. I am so sorry everyone is going thru this.
