Re: New Member... Seeking some answers!

Thank you so much, I was really getting scared, she was still really bad for a month post removal, but finally feeling so so so much better now at 6 weeks. She is only taking 1 Celebrex for the joint pain in the morning, and 1 800 Ibuprofen in the evening, and tylenol during the day for break thru/joint/leg/aches/pain, and that's it! That is huge, she was taking a lot of different pain meds etc, but she's improved so much now she doesn't need them. Celebrex seems to really help her with her leg/joint pain. She tested negative for RA and everything else, so this has all just been Mirena caused stuff. Her Allergist also said yesterday not to 'jump' and go on the birth control pill right now, that she needs to let her body heal/regulate/repair itself. I didn't think this nightmare was ever going to end, and though she continues to have some issues, it is nothing like it was, so that's progress. Hang in there everyone, it does get better. For those of you with joint/leg/bone/muscle pains celebrex might be an option so talk to your Dr's. Thanks everyone, Hailey56 Tweet
