I will definitely do my best to exercise everyday. I work out 3x a week but havent managed to for a while due to studies, but will push myself to do this and go swimming on the other days.
Another little thing I noticed.
I have recently been performing probiotic enemas in a vain hope it'l help somehow. I have an inability to hold the liquid for any length of time at all. No longer than 30 seconds. The instructions I have read everywhere all say to try to hold it for 5 minutes. This seems impossible for me! I don't know if that is relevant at all though.
