Re: PLEASE HELP ...Ulcerative Colitis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, possible candida and klebsiella...PLEASE HELP

I was hoping I would have some second opinions on what I had posted. Or that some one would provide further details and corrections.

The hard facts are though, that even with candida, and with significant gut damage, a physical diet consisting of grains and heavy protein puts a strain on the digestive system.

Sugars are a problem however, also. Obviously it is the things in the juice besides the bare bone simple sugar, that responsible for the life altering healing properties of a liquid juice diet. And further, even a solid fruits and light vegetable, seeds/nuts, low cal diet is remarkable for health.

I believe there were times where I went for as much as 4 or 5 weeks without meat. I am still not sure how I feel about that or its effectiveness.

The fact that you probably have underlying health problems not fully explained, such as candida, and heavy metals, is why I would not immediately suggest a longer fast. There is also the weight issue, but I really recommend coconut and red palm oil for a calorie source/candida killer during the liquid fast.

There are other health aspects that tend to be over expounded on curezone, while other obvious ones are not mentioned. Issues such as regulating your blood Sugar properly (questionably because of dysfunctional colon) can cause secondary metabolic conditions. While I am not a doctor, I am a Science major, and my opinion, and only my opinion is that these metabolic issues lead to a lot of other issues in the body commonly associated with endocrine problems and autoimmune problems. The endocrine system and autoimmune system work in tandem after-all.

I do not react well to juice diets myself. Upon this I had many times justified this as an excuse to not do the juice fast. However, I have not considered that my body may not be reacting to the juice properly due to the above problems.

So essentially, regulating metabolic problems is one of the most powerful ways to help heal the body.

On this logic, you may need vigorous exercise on a daily basis even more than you need the juice. This could lead to you tolerating the juice.. And in a best case scenario, you would be able to tolerate the solid diet you are already eating, perhaps with some modification ( as in at least not eating gluten and casein or nightshades)

If you are like me however, vigorous exercise is a tough challenge, and you probably will not be able to do enough of it to build up the strength to digest good solid food diets. Whereas, digesting a 10 day liquid diet is more likely.

The celery, kale, cucumbers, and other green vegetable, and especially fresh ginger are not particularly kind to candida either. Moreover, acidic foods like protein lead to rancidity in the gut, exuding nitrogen. While meat does not directly feed candida, many believe it sets the table for it to come in so to speak.

You could experiment by cutting out the oranges and heavy citrus, and stick to something like mangoes, pineapple, and mangosteen if you can find it, as well as cantaloupes and melons. These all have antimicrobial properties. These also tend to not be so harsh on the gut lining like the berries, red fruits, and citruses.

My suggestion is certainly different than the usual 40 day oj fast. But for one, I believe in variety, and secondly I believe that any kind of relief from a solid starchy, fibrous, protein filled diet will allow the body to divert some seriously needed attention to correcting imbalances. These raw juices should also greatly replenish your enzyme stores.

In summary

-Start daily exercising, to the point of sweating, more than an hour a day, does not have to be intense and should not be cardio either. Hiking, walking, pushing, pulling, sports, etc are good ideas. Ideally at least 2 and a half hours or more of sweating and working a day...

-Be asleep by 10 pm and wake up at dawn. I recommend exercise at dawn.

-Try the changes suggested for the juice fast

-Try gluten free,casein free

-Try a coconut/palm oil + cooked green leaf veggie fast for about 4 or 5 days at some point also. This especially slaughters candida and gut pathogens, but is more of a burden to digest (roughage)

-Eat a lot of slippery elm, marshmallow root, and dandelion root. Get it in bulk, boil it into a mush/poultice and cool it and drink it. Probably right before bed.

Take my word, the real route to recovery is not easy or fun and it is not in medicine entirely. Think about it, even if you could go to the doctor spend 100 grand in medical bills and get this condition sorted out. If you do not start living the lifestyle I am suggesting in some form or another, what do you have to look forward to?

If the original health problem does not come back, some other awful American disease like cancer or diabetes will. Because we people have horrible lifestyles, while most of the rest of the world for most of history lived life just as I have suggested...Tons of physical labor, early bed, meager diet, more labor. You get the idea.
