Re: PLEASE HELP ...Ulcerative Colitis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, possible candida and klebsiella...PLEASE HELP
I am going to propose to you that you try a 10 day diet and see how it works out. Along with this, you could, if you read up on it and do your homework as Eric11 will tell you, I am going to suggest the Cutler protocol.
As a warning this is a long post, but the details are important.
This 10 days is not going to cure anything, but it could potentially affect your health drastically enough for you to notice a significant improvement and inspire an action by you to use more approaches based on natural healing and holistic means. And, also the identification of allergens.
I once had recurrent staph infections for 8 years of my life all over my body. It was extremely severe MRSA. I did something to the effect of the above, and within 2 weeks the infection was gone and never came back. Only when I ate gluten, would I get one small pimple/sign of staph. Early on I would get a very small staph sore if I ate gluten for that first 6 months of weight loss. So I knew for sure gluten had to go.
I also started to lose a great deal of weight. Upon realizing that this dietary change killed an 8 year battle with staph, I continued to cycle back and forth between light protein from fish and nuts, and more fruit and juicing. I used intermittent calories. Low cal days followed by high cal days. My methods were not perfect, or guided by a program at that time. I have since learned a great deal more. But, through and through I was able over the course of 12 months to lose roughly 120 lbs.
I never addressed the pathology of colon diseases nor the physical regeneration of the colon, however. I also did not take into account heavy metal chelation. Because of poor diet and lifestyle over the last 2 years I have found myself again in the throws of overwhelming fatigue and
Depression and severe cognitive impairment and social anxiety. These were the problems had before I lost the weight. It is very likely, that once I go back on a new intense elimination and detoxification diet, many of these problems will go away.
For people like us, our colon linings are severely damaged. We do not absorb or metabolize food properly. We do not even tolerate normal food properly. Suddenly the mundane becomes inflammatory. I cannot even tolerate green beans and broccoli.
I was highly surprised, astonished even, that you do not have a more rigorous diet. To have severe ulceritive colitis, I almost assumed you would have been on a grain free, gluten free diet.
Immunology underlays a great deal of these digestive conditions. Therefor, my theory which is well supported by many other people on curezone. Is that an
Elimination Diet allows the body to spare its immune defenses and cell repair resources fully to healing the damaged parts of the colon and restoring a highly integral gut flora capable of killing off the bad viruses and pathogens.
The human gut flora is the source of the immunity to severe diseases, by far. Were it not for our gut flora, we would all be overcome by things like Ebola randomly out of the blue.
If you can make it through this fast, when you go back to eating solid foods, you might decide that grains and legumes are not helpful, but on the other hand you may still benefit. It could be that you decide meat was a problem, especially non organic- non-wild kinds..
One thing I was also reading that struck a chord with me, was the idea that after doing a fast, you would try to eat about 3000 calories ( a lot) in very healthy balance food each day, nut butters, tropical fats, collards, squash, yams, wild fish, wild game, perhaps grass fed beef, ghee, even raw milk or grass fed butter. Perhaps amaranth, quinoa, buckwheat, even. And one other thing.. and this is crucial
Exercise and sunlight for at least 3 hours a day. Walking, high intensity weight lifting, basket ball, exercises that stimulate growth hormone ( something needed to repair the colon mucosa and villi)and stimulate oxygenation of the cells for repair. Additionally, exercise is the main way to stimulate proper lymphatic flow, which is also highly indicated with degenerative digestive disorders.
And then more fasts as needed when the digestive system seems to start to need a break again. This is sort of my current plan I believe is so essential.
A very half botched attempt of this prior helped me lose 120
lbs. Now I need to do it even better to get rid of colon disease and severe mental and cognitive problems. I am positive it could help you in some way.

So I would suggest you get
1. Juicer
2. Kale, Cucumbers, oranges, mangoes, papaya, apples, melons, lots of celery, fresh ginger, and possibly other juice-able fruit and vegetables.
3. Do not get night shades! No tomatoes and no potatoes
4. Alpha Lipoic Acid
5. Virgin Red Palm Oil AND Virgin Coconut Oil
Those tropical oils are phenomenally anti-viral. My health got a great deal better for a few months when I was eating red palm oil. But alas, I ran out of the stuff.
As you can see, this allows for a liquid diet, with ample calories and vitamins. In fact it is extremely nutrient dense. The kale, cucumbers, and
Celery are very important. You need a lot of green vegetable juice. This WILL stabilize blood
Sugar cravings, especially by the the third or fourth day of the 10 day fast.
You could even do this fast for 5 days..but 10 days would be ideal.
As a basis, Alpha Lipoic Acid taken every 3 hours, and once in the middle of the night, serves as the basic heavy metal chelator.
Once again, during the 10 day window, you would probably have to do 3 or 4 days on 3 or 4 days off and perhaps a 2 day cycle to finish it off.
As perhaps, Eric11 can explain, there would for further attempt/cycles/rounds of chelation, be a need for DMSA or DMPS to aid in chelation. People also argue that these be taken before you ever take the ALA. People also argue that if you have silver fillings, you may have to get them out before it is even safe to do a chelation.
The reason why I at least suggest this ALA regime, is because ALA has broad use as an antioxidant supplement. It seems like a good starting point.
So, I believe that after 5 to 10 days of this, you would notice some improvement and probably have a feeling towards which foods may have been aggravating this condition of Ankylosing Spondylitis.
