For blood sugar... the last thing I know most of us AFers want to hear about is fruit, back 6 months ago, I was crashing BAD from just the smallest amounts of fruit.. but I've also been researching my head off - (Ray Peat has got a ton of interesting info on his website about fruit, gelatin, PUFAs and how they correlate with good health) and anyway I noticed a direct correlation between the stabilization of my sugars and trying to get 1 whole green apple into me (spread out with meals). I was huge into nuts, muscle meats, also avoiding Sugar like the plague too, but since I've tried to rebalance and include more gelatin, coconut oil, fruit and fish, it has been helping to normalize my thyroid (I think)
