To be honest, I felt like Miracle-Mineral-Supplement had no real effect on my candida whatsoever. I'm sure many people would disagree with me that Miracle-Mineral-Supplement isn't effective for candida, but all I know is what my experience was. Honestly the most effective anti-candida supplement I have used was Candex, combined with homemade milk kefir. Those two things together brought my bowel movements back to almost normal again. To this day I take 2 capsules of Candex with a large glass of water when I wake up in the morning.

I do plan on trying Miracle-Mineral-Supplement once more, just to clean up any remaining parasites/infections I may have lurking around. I definitely am not looking forward to dealing with that taste again--blech! Tweet
