Hey,

The cloudy urine was definitely white blood cells, because I only had it that one time (when the infection had been killed by the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement ). At least that was the case for me.

I do hear noises inside my sinuses, all the time. It feels like pressure/congestion shifting around. Probably even more so with my ears, which are stopped up as well.
