I wish that was the case Dvjorge. Many of the medical universities are funded through foundation grants from large pharma corporations who in turn control what medical research is carried out. Money talks in this world Dvjorge as you well know. The Science of today isn't the Science of yester year. In the past scientists could actually carry out investigative scientific research unhindered by the by the outside forces of influence like the corporate bandwagon of the pharamaceutical industry. Today, we here that doctor's are being courted by some of the most powerful and global big pharma companies on the planet to sign them up to get them to hard sell there drugs for patient use. Makes for intresting reading Dvorge.

On top of all the other problems inherent in proper ethics and disclosure, many prominent doctors at academic medical centers have failed to disclose millions of dollars in drug company payments, and Federal prosecutors say some payments are really kickbacks for illegal or excessive prescribing. Are doctors now moonlighting as drug salesmen in order to keep the perks flowing? It's no small wonder why those at the top of the money making tree Dvorge want to keep the masses diseased and ill on a permanent basis. Like I said, cancer is probably the greatest worldwide killer of humans globally, it's also the greatest money spinner ever created in terms of money making and research. Just look at the endless list of disorders, disease and syndromes heavy metal exposure causes with the added benefit of Antibiotic over exposure and level that off with fungal/bacterial infecions and you have the perfect storm which sets in motion a chain of events that leads the patient to endless doctor's and treatments that often leaves the patient worse off or close to death. This isn't a case of medical ignorance, maybe in the way doctor's are taught with outdated clinic diagnosis for why disease states develop, but we seem to be looking at a medical system today that is totally courrputed by the influence of big pharma and the money men who totally influence the medical paradigm in the western world.
