Re: What to do when no one believes u?
You go forward with courage - that was my mantra for many years when nobody - Drs or family - believed I had health problems. They were wrong and you will eventually come thru this as I did. What started me on the path to recovery was a book given to me by an ND,one of
Hulda Clark 's books. Following her programs I went from not being able to work to working almost full time. There are other books similar to Clark's and you can see some of these programs on the
Liver Flush Support Forum . Although I could work using Clark's cleanses and detoxes it was many years before I found out I had Celiac Disease (see Celiac.com) and problems with Lyme Disease.
I just had my 75th birthday, when I was 40 I could not imagine living that long. One beneficial herb that reduced my depression, anxiety and anger was turmeric. Some enteric bacteria produce toxins that cause these emotions and some of them cannot live if you eat turmeric. For candida I've found Pau d'arco to be effective. Taking a magnesium oxide capsule at bedtime will keep your intestinal contents moving out of you, reducing the time that toxins are inside you and adsorbed.
Hope this helps.
