Is there any way you can get a job in nature? Farming, gardening, landscaping, parkranger, groundskeeper, tree planter, nonprofit environmental projects etc. This will definitely reduce your anxiety.

I understand your issue. From my personal experience, anxiety is an electrical energy flow caused by concensus machinery associated with the pyramidal system of the world. There is even a concensus dynamics defining relationships and interpersonal dynamics. For example, going into a walmart, a doctors office, a court of law etc all connects you with the concensus "world" based on pyramidal dynamics where the few on the top benefit from the many, and those predisposed to being on the "bottom" of the pyramid get stripped and have darkness and disease dumped on them. As this takes place our body registers the electrical, shaky feeling of this dynamic which we call "anxiety." We feel belittled, shamed, shy, less than, awkward, rejected, etc. It is simply this pyramidal dynamic screwing us over. School, work, even restaurants are in a pyramidal energy flow.

It seems also that your mother runs strong pyramids and you are getting sick from her. What does she do for a living? Is she a teacher, lawyer, manager? Does she work for the government? Your statement "She hates alternative medicine and is very western minded" says a lot about her. She may hate alternative medicine so much that she is canceling your healing and causing your disease. Your family is in a pyramid energy flow and you are on the bottom getting stripped and dumped on. You need to leave your mother! Nothing else will make you healthier, quicker, than to find sovereignty from your family.

It seems like you are stuck becuse you are covered under her insurance and will lose that support if you break away. However, you must ask yourself if it is truly supporting your health? Understand that a large and powerful pyramidal construct such as the insurance and medical pyramids can hold a very strong projection of you being sick, and keep you sick despite your efforts. Especially if you hold identity with being sick.
