what do you do with your time when you're not thinking about being sick or worried about what others think of you? (please know I'm NOT asking this question in a rude tone) but ask yourself; what brings you joy???
when things were really bad for me, health wise, all I could think about was how sick I was and nobody understood! true, but I was staying stuck in my emotions...extremely unhealthy!
find one good thing and beat the drum of that, fall asleep thinking about something to be thankful for, anything. or simply spend a few moments each day imagining yourself feeling vibrant, healthy, alive and not caring what others think.
