Re: I cured my body odor

Atlanta55 a few days after the flush maybe 2 days after I started to get stuffy in my nose again. The weather over here where i live is getting colder and at work they tend to keep the AC on so maybe that contributed.

I began blowing the snot out of my nose and gawking alot to spit out whatever might be stuck in my throat. When I blew my nose I noticed Yellow mucus. I cannot remember the day I blew yellow mucus before. That's why it was strange to me. From researching the whole nasal flush thing one guy wrote this:

"If it is thick and yellowish or yellowish-brown, you most likely have a bacterial or viral infection. If the snot is the usual greenish or clear stuff, your problem may likely be the result of an allergy, or from mold or fungus."

I am better now, when I blow my nose it's back to the clear stuff. Tweet
