Hi I did the flush only 1 time and it worked right away. I have not done it again. I am still odor free thank god.

Did you do the sinus flush to target the upper sinus? I used this guys method here

I purchased a cheap saline solution online SinuSense (ebay) that comes with the bottle and mixed in 1 bag of saline salt and 20 drops of gse.

Are you able to smell the odor yourself? I was able to smell it myself. Since I did the flush I would sit next to people on the train ride to work just to see if I get any reactions from them but I don't. At first I thought since I used too much gse I messed up my sense of smell but that is not the case.

I also want to mention a few days after I did the flush I don't know if it was because i was starting to get sick since the weather is cold here now but my mucus would come out yellow. I thought that was strange. That could mean it was an infection in my nose.
