You know, I really can identify with you. I feel sad in social situations just because everyone is eating and drinking everything, having fun, and just seeing them be able to eat and drink is really sad. I used to be like that too!!!! I struggle with what i can eat, and lots of times, later in the day, my digestion is at it's worst, and one thing can bloat me up and make me very uncomfortable. I really have to think ahead if I have an event at night, that I will be able to function without that bloat/gas. Even around my family! It's horrible. I seem to be fine in the morning (that's when I have my bowl mvt) and then have lunch, (meat and cooked vegetables) but later afternoon, if I even eat a rice cake for a snack, i can bloat up!!!! OMG< it's horrible!!!!!
Being like this makes me feel different, unfortuanate, like I just can't live a normal life.
