Just came across VCO, Virgin Coconut Oil, from DrGoerg. It has amazing quality. They use a very special technique to extract to Oil. Its extra virgin and has never been heated above 38C. The taste is absolutely amazing, its pretty obvious that grouning in mixed culture with other plants it gets a very nice taste, because the ground is still rich in minerals etc.
