As far as the dreams go, yes, disgusting, weird dreams are indicative of detox, there have been many reported on this forum. My most memorable was that I dreamed that an owl was pecking at my head and pellets were falling out!

As far as the skin thingie- sure...I know that I got little watery zits as well as bromide zits(gah, I don't miss those days!).

As far as the test goes, I'd search Cougar's posts, I know that he's tested a couple of times so you can find some good info there.
