Thanks Pepe! u the best. listen soemthing else has come up...my intestines really ache!!! Its the creepiest feeling. I read somehwere that it was happening to others as well it was due to the senna tea. I spoke to an expert and sure enough senna tea is a bit strong for some ppl and this is one of its effects. let me tell you Ive tried to stick through it but stomoach ache is one thing but your Intestine hurting is totally creepy and it hurts. which other one can b used if u r unable to use this anymore regularly. (Now it makes sense why it said on the box: for Ocassional constipation).

I'm also puting this msg under a new thead incase someone else wants to know the answer as well!
