What the heck are you expecting from just 2 days????? Your system has not even emptied solids from your system yet. It's like you are looking for trouble on purpose!!. Even 10 days is just a minimal MC so don't expect a whole lot. It takes the system around 2 weeks to expel the causative agents and it's after that the cleansing at the cellular level is just beginning. Some folks go though heavy detox others cruise right through it. Relax and just observe. It'll be what it'll be. There is nothing to figure out. Each MC you do in the future will be different. Just know that you are doing yourself a world of good.
