1. The SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) has to be done 1st thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Doing it at the end of the day will wash out the days nutrition.
2. There ain't no Santa Claus and there ain't no Easter Bunny and no one trick pony one answer fits all. Weight loss requires a lifestyle change and you are gonna hafta do the legwork and research and find something that resonates for you. It's gonna take time and experimentation to find what works for you.
Being overweight is not a thing in and of itself it is a health issue. Keeping it off is not about omissions or calorie counting and what you can't eat but it's a positive approach about getting healthy. It's only "vague" if you are not willing to do the legwork. There is tons of info on the net. Put some effort into it find something that resonates for you and dive in. Join a gym. Most have aerobic classes several times a week. I don't use any kind of plan I just use common sense and intuition and experience. It's always a work in progress and I'm learning and experimenting all the time.
