2)How do you keep the weight off after the MC? like what do YOU personally do once your coming off..like which juices do you drink and which diet/excersice do you follow?
You also seem to know a lot about fat loss and motabolism. could you pls share your complete knowledge?! I would and Im sure many would really appreciate it!!!:D I need to loose about 20-25lbs. I know I should excersice and eat healthy but thats a bit vague when you actually get down to doing it. Is there a plan that you follow or reccommend?
