This is what I do
This is what I use as my guide.
But I don't stick to it exactly each time I flush.
For example, I sometimes prepare with GCG. The amount of
Oxypowder capsules that I need always vary. Last night's dinner was not oil free, in fact I poured several tablespoons of olive oil over my pasta - delicious. Also, I never seem to start at the same time, one time it was as late as 11am. Only problem with that was that stones were comming out all through the next night. Another reason to start as early as possible is that the body will still be in natural cleansing mode. My flushes are most comfortable when my colon is pretty clean before the oo/gfj
Day before
Oxypowder as necessary to ensure clean colon
Plenty of apple juice on empty stomach
light dinner, better with no fat/oil
Drink plenty of water
Flush Day
5am Drink 3 glasses of warm water one with sole
5.30am
Epsom Salts x 2 teaspoons
Prepare oo/j; ginger tea;
parasite tincture; straws; rice cake; hot water bottle
7.30a.m. Olive oil & G.F Juice – Drink whilst standing next to bed/sofa
Lie down immediately with head propped up & keep very still & quiet for at least 20 mins. Try to sleep. Try to stay that way for a couple of hours.
Can sip tea or suck piece of ginger from tea or eat rice cake to prevent /ease nausea.
Drink plenty of water throughout day:
Take sole three times today
Drink fresh juice or clear soup two or three times.
Can eat rice cakes, but only as much as necessary to settle stomach.
Choose one of these 3 options:
1) Approx 4hrs after oo/gfj take
Oxypowder x 3 or 4
2) Approx 8hrs after take
Epsom Salts x 2 tsp
3) Approx 8hrs after take Salt Water Flush
In Evening take Fibre before light dinner
Before Bed take Oxypowder x 1 or 2
Drink plenty of water except 1/2hr before & after Epsoms & for first 2 hrs after oo/gj.
I don't know why I have no soreness this time. If I figure it out, I'll let you know.
Hope this is helpful
Wishing health, love & happiness
