Get the waste out, feel free and light.

I don't take the next Epsom Salts until several hours later. Today I've done a salt water flush instead about 7hrs after oo/gfj. One dose of epsom was enough for me. Just got hundreds of little green stones and chaff. Really easy and no soreness this time either.
