Sole is the synergistic combination of water and salt that has a higher energetic vibration than either water or salt alone. It contains a very high quantity of trace minerals, in the same proportion as naturally exists in our blood.

I use Himalayan salt. You can google it, there are many sites that sell it and give more in depth information.
