I am doing the daytime to-day, the only thing is I did have fat last night.
To-day started out as a rainy day and now I can stay on the couch and watch the Britsh Open and may be some Tour de France.
Next time I will skip the fat at night. I don't know yet if this is going to work but so far it has been so easy even the OO (Olive-Oil) tasted fine. I added turmeric and ginger powder plus dandelion tincture. The grapefruits must have been really sweet I could not even taste the OO.
