lol yeah i'm a confident contributor to askshelley. i had a big fiasco with Liver Flushes last year... i'm sure you read all about it.

thymus gland, eh? so does that mean that the toxins we inhale from combusted marijauana leaves gets attacked by t-cells and then out the skin?

yeah i'm still taking those probiotics. they're called HMF Intensive. best ones i've used. i used to take udo's super 8, but these other ones are much better. they even come in a those little tin packages that you have to puncture to get the pill out like accutane! lol

i used to drink the emergenC with msm, but i couldn't tell a difference in my skin. i've never tried julia chang's stuff. i'm gonna take a break from LFs for a couple of months, though.

i tried colosan. i used to take it before and after every liver flush. but now i don't because i just get colonics. i think it's a pretty good product... you just can't take it for a long period of time or else it'll mess up your cal/mag ratio.

i'm not in a band right now... but yes, it's bliss. as a matter of fact, Bliss is a really good electronic new agey group i just found today on iTunes lol
