Funny that I started this thread today actually, because right now I have a really important question about Vervaine that I am not sure how to figure out.

Ok, last week I have been sippin 10-15ml Vervaine x4 pr day, putting in warm water 75-80c to evaporate alcohol. That has been only nice experience, felt it releaved my over-stressed pharasymp nervous system (still having EMF issues etc), felt the doctrine moving in to work deeper. I figure this is all over relaxing effects on parasites + Blowing up.

Today however I just did a experiment and took 15 drops of blue vervaine on a empty stomach in the morning, the result is stinging and irritated stomach/lining, or angry Ascaris, a hole i a biofilm or something else. I have had this sligthly pain all day since the blue vervaine.

What interpretation should I do of this:

a) I have a main problem re Ascaris more than Tapeworms since the blue vervain kicks in heavier than vervaine?

b) The dosage was to high or low, or I should have taken it more frequent?

c) If this is a clead indication of Ascaris, any other tips how to accellerate blowing them up? I am on the doctrine (I have F165+Bean) and I am doing 200mg DMSA + 100mg ALA at the moment.
