Thanks for this. Do you know if i can decant early like with the vodka extraction? Im at about 20 days and crave some haha. Also i did mine in a 5 gallon bucket with sealed lid. We are suppose to seal the container correct? Wasn't too specific in the mead link, but i assume one would want to keep the CO2 in there for further extraction, hence the lid.
