After reading Musimesipomahat's healing story, being ramped up by sippin Vervain oll day + leaving the Iso/Posterior Oineal running on bean and let Doctrine do its magic, many days on a row my higher self constantly whispered inside to do the exact same. No more hocus pocus, stressing, suppements, worrying etc. And boy is the Vervain the crux of that matter.

Then a few days later i stumble across info re Vervain as being the most used tool against the evil demonic forces of vampires (aka parasites etc) and also a sacred herb which also relates back to stories of Jesus.
