Yes elan, I made the vervaine mead with exactly the same yeast you show, I kept the empty package it is still in the fridge. Here in my area (Quebec) they don't have a special yeast for champagne. So I used same pack you showed and made the vervaine about 3 liters I made with all honey 3 lbs honey. Tastes great and works great !
