It will really defeat the purpose of doing the cleanse. There isn't a single one of us who isn't going without something our bodies are addicted to in order to do this cleanse. If one of your goals is to seriously heal yourself of your daly migrains then, as mentioned above, you'll have to "tough it out". Just like any addict you'll go through a period of discomfort and then you'll be free of it. If you do the P&B shakes you may find the process is quicker. But the choice is yours..*Shrug*..
None of us here (I don't think) are doctors but the whole point of CureZone is to "educate instead of medicate" so it's up to you to choose which path to take based on where you are in your life right now and where you want to be..neurologist or not...*S*..good luck and we all hope you can hang in there and do the cleanse soda-free. By the way, caffeine aside, there's still tons of crap in soda that you shouldn't have on a cleanse anyway: artificial sweeters, caramel color, low quality water, artificial flavorings..so drinking all of that durring a time of healing really won't help you any..
