So ubyquity, how exactly are adrenals healed in your opinion? It's not nearly as hard or complicated as doctors usually claim it to be? GOOD. I too recently have had a few sessions with one of Dr. Michael Lam's nutritional assistants but canceled this last appointment since I feel more and more that it's the unnecessarily slow road, and have had unacceptable "crashes", and that Dr. Lam writes very long winded articles in which he continually makes it sound like you (the "patient/client") can't do it on your own, and I hate that disempowering vibe. His nutritional assistant has also been having me avoid the 11am-3pm sun as she claims it's hard on adrenals, but sun is good with Vitamin D, and I'm done locking myself up in a cage. Vitamin C and liponano C and liponano glutathione and Pandrenal have seemed to help at times, but not nearly good enough, and I've had it. I got kinda lost in your long reply to Jericho36 on 4/16/11. Please reply to me in short and concise manner, as that's what's normally most effective. I too have cleansed several times (detoxed) in past by herbal supplements, Master Cleanse (that was rough and may not do it again), but haven't cleansed in at least a year. I normally eat very well with many raw veggies, good fats and lightly cooked meat and raw organic egges, and a little fruit and nuts. I'm also going to do Donna Eden's hormone hook up exercise, and triple warmer calm down to get results QUICKLY, and maybe evenblow out this crap with eft and aer QUICKLY, and maybe even press (acupressure) the kidney, triple warmer and liver (?) meridian points (or certain points along the meridians, taken from a chart from a dim mak book. Again, reply via simple and concise email so I know you know what you're talking about. I'm being blunt because dealing with charlatans is over with. Thanks.
