Excerpt:
Here's a checklist for supporting your adrenals -

Natural Vitamin C - best herbs are Amla berries/powder or Acerola Cherry powder (start at whatever dosage you'd prefer, but 1 Tablespoon of either seems like a good starting place to me). All foods that are high in natural Vitamin C - guava, dried lychee, bell peppers, cayenne, kiwi, parsley, kale, and of course citrus.

Naturalal B5 - BEE POLLEN (and jam-packed with AWESOME levels of protein & nutrition).

Herbal support - Ashwangandha (or course), but other adaptogenic herbs are also good - particularly Eleuthero (used to be called Siberian Ginseng), Licorice, Gotu Kola, Mullein, and some like Nettle (but it can be a diuretic, and that's not something you likely need right now at all). We've got Dr. Christopher's Adrenal Support Tincture in the Storefront - it contains Organic Mullein leaf, Eleuthero, Gotu Kola, Lobelia, Hawthorn berry, Ginger root. I really like the Hawthorn & Cayenne in this formula to support the heart - so many times with adrenal stress we see heart palpitations and just plain exhaustion. I think it's important to support the heart & circulation when healing.

no No NO...EMFS :( particularly not wifi or Cell Phone s in your house, and be SURE to get outside on the earth barefoot at least 15 minutes daily to 'ground out' the toxic frequencies. In winter, just put on several pairs of socks.

yes Yes YES...EFT! //www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=1711602#i
Stress is bad; EFT relieves stress (and the causes of stress) - the above link has a great video and links to good information and a video tutorial. I'm telling you true, you'll be amazed and how effective it is! :)
